Use of the eTiles website is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Pricing & Billing Currency

All transactions are billed in Australian (AUD) dollars

All prices quoted include GST. All products are subject to GST as per the ATO rulings.

All prices are subject to change. Online price is valid at time of purchase.

Payment Methods

Full payment is to be made at the time of order via PayPal.

If you wish to pay via credit card over the phone, please note this on your order and we shall call you to obtain credit card information. Please do not put your credit card details on the order form. We do not store credit card information.

Provision of payment for the products constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected products.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for products using fraudulent credit card information.


eTiles will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Customers must provide a valid email address to eTiles for this purpose.

Prior to delivery eTiles shall contact you via phone. Customers must provide a valid phone number for this purpose. Should the number be non-responsive, the delivery will be cancelled and an email sent to reconfirm a new delivery time. Charges may be forwarded for expenses incurred due to a communication failure and delivery cancellation.

Batch/color variation

Batch variation is inherent in all tile products. The sample you receive may be from a different batch than what you receive as a purchased amount. This could mean variation in color, surface texture, pattern, veining and size. Batch variation is allowable within Australian and International Standards. Also because of the size of the sample piece you may not see the pattern over the whole tile, or variation in pattern often deliberately created over 10 or more tiles (designed to replicate the pattern in natural stone). As much as possible photos represent the color of the tile, however lighting, surrounding colors, computer resolution and batch variation can all be factors in misrepresenting the colors and if you are at all concerned about color variation we recommend purchasing a sample tile or a full box of tiles to ascertain truer color on site. The tiles supplied in any one order will be from the one batch, we cannot ensure continuity of supply of tiles or batches so ensure you order enough tiles to complete the job, as well as enough spares for future repairs and modifications. If you are ordering extras that need to match the batch from a previous order, please use “contact us” to confirm availability before placing order. Sizes noted on the Tile order sheet are nominal sizes only and will vary due to the nature of pressed tile manufacture.

Tile Delivery-samples

Sample pieces will be 150mmx150mm approximately for tiles and 100mmx100mm for decorator items.

All of our sample deliveries are made by Registered Post or other couriers. Although we do not guarantee a delivery date it is generally accepted that Registered Post deliveries are made within three days of dispatch*. For your convenience and protection we offer you a replacement guarantee if your goods are lost in transit. Replacement will occur once all reasonable efforts made to locate your parcel have been unsuccessful.

Tile Delivery 

Currently this service is only available to Brisbane metro, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. Freight is offered as a standard rate for delivery via hand unload and trolley or hand carry via clear flat pathway to suitable area (recommend dry, lockable area, eg. garage) within twenty metres of a flat parking area large enough for a 10 tonne truck. A time will be allotted for your delivery and we shall confirm this delivery with a phone call ½ hour prior to arrival. Waiting time charge will be incurred for any more than a fifteen minute delay for access to site. It is a requirement that a suitably responsible person be available at time of delivery to accept and sign for receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition. No claims for damaged goods will be considered after goods have been delivered and signed for.

Should there be a requirement for a palletised forklift delivery, or extraordinary site conditions then this will be individually quoted and you will receive an email requesting further information about the site and special requirements, or use the “contact us” page for an individual quote prior to placing the order.

Delivery to regional areas can be considered and quoted on an individual basis. Please use the “contact us” page stating tiles required, amounts and destination and we shall endeavour to source freight costs, times and provide timely feedback to you.

Tile Collection

If you have elected to pick-up your order you will receive information on the approximate weight of your ordered product. Smaller orders will be individually boxed, larger orders will be palletised. To maintain the reduced costs of this service it is expected that you will have a suitable vehicle to accept the allotted boxes or pallets at the prescribed weight, in one load. After ordering, an email will be sent to your allotted email address containing box amounts, individual box weights and recommended minimum requirements for the vehicle collecting the product. If you do not have access to a suitable vehicle and wish to do multiple collections then a service fee may be charged, or alternatively we recommend you take advantage of the delivery service.

Availability/ Turn-around Times

Most tiles for collection will be available within 2 full business days. Should you require tiles sooner please note this in your order form and you will receive an email confirming when your tiles will be available (or use the “contact us” page noting chosen tiles and amounts and we shall confirm quickest available time for product collection).

Most tiles for delivery will be available for delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Should you require tiles sooner please note this in your order form and you will receive an email confirming when delivery of your tiles will occur (or use the “contact us” page noting chosen tiles, amounts and delivery address and we shall confirm quickest available time for product delivery).

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order or parts of your order via email before the order is packed or despatched by eTiles. The order is generally packed 24 hours after we receive your order.

eTiles will not charge you for orders cancelled, nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. Monies debited from your account will be fully reimbursed to the same account. However once the order is packed (ie. 24 hours after placing order) or dispatched for delivery we are unable to accept cancellations.

eTiles also reserves the right to cancel or not process your order if:

-          we are unable to process payment or payment defaults

-          you provide invalid personal details

-          the product becomes unavailable.

eTiles will notify you via email as soon as possible prior to cancelling your order.

eTiles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you by email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.


Tiles supplied are only of first grade quality and covered by statutory manufacturers warranty. Warranty covers faulty materials only, prior to laying, and shall be for replacement of faulty product only. The act of laying the tiles constitutes acceptance of the tile for quality, as well as color and finish. Warranty does not cover product which has been abused or used for any other purpose than it was designed

Returns & Refunds Policy

Goods can only be returned under the following circumstances:

1. There are faulty materials or product deemed below first grade quality as per Australian Standards

2. Different batches have been supplied within the one consignment. Please note variations in colour due to the printing process within the one batch are not grounds for return of goods

3. Tiles have been incorrectly supplied

The final decision on whether the goods are faulty is made by eTiles with reference to Aust Standards.

No refunds will be made if you change your mind after the order has been placed and paid for.

No refunds will be given or returns accepted for excess product due to over-ordering.

We are happy to replace faulty returned goods if we have received an email notification from you within five working days of delivery or collection. The email address is admin@etiles.net.au   After receipt of your email, we will send you a confirmation email with details on where and when to return your goods.

Please note:
Any goods that are deemed to be faulty will be replaced in a timely manner. Replacement will be for the quantity returned only. There is no responsibility accepted for laid tiles, nor rectification costs. No compensation is payable nor is there a monetary refund. The return of the goods to us is at your own cost.


You will be able to navigate our web site while remaining anonymous. We cannot determine any personal information about you unless you provide us with details.

At times, we may need to ask you for information so we can process your order. Any information that you provide to us will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with eTiles.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. eTiles does not provide any personal or business information, regardless of its source, to any third party. Our only purpose in gathering information is to process your order. We will only send you information at your request.
